NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402(a) (3), the product consisted in whole -or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION : October 30,1945. The cases having been consolidated and Harry G. Clark, claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libels, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond, con- ditioned that the unfit portion be segregated and denatured under the super- vision of the Food and Drug Administration.
