ALLEGED SHIPMENT :   On or about November 1, 1945, by Jack Gomperts and Co.,
Inc., from Turlock, Calif. 
PRODUCT:   600 cartons and 37 cartons, each containing 30 pounds, of raisins at
Maiden and Boston, Mass., respectively.
whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of moldy 
raisins.
DISPOSITION : February 20,1946. Jack Gomperts and Co., Inc., claimant, having 
consented to the entry of a decree, and the cases having been consolidated, 
judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released 
under bond for conversion Into distilled spirits under the supervision of the 
Federal Security Agency.
