ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about April 17,1945, from the State of Colorado into
the State of Arkansas. 
LABEL IN PART :    "100 Lbs. Net   Colorado Potatoes." 
NATURE OF CHARGE :   Misbranding, Section 403 (e) (2), the article was in package
form, and it failed to bear a label containing an accurate statement of the
quantity of the contents since the bags contained less than 100 pounds, the
declared weight. 
DISPOSITION :   February 28,1946.   Pleas of nolo contendere having been entered,
the court imposed a fine of $150 against each defendant.
