LABEL IN PART: (Package) "ABC Sugar Toasted Peanuts Net Weight 1% Oz. 54 Ingredients: Peanuts Sugar & Flavoring." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and insect parts; Section 402 (a) (4), the article had been prepared under insani- tary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth; and, Sec- tion 402 (d), the article was confectionery, and it contained a nonnutritive substance, mineral oil.
