Mills Co., from Abilene, Kans.
PRODUCT:   779   10-pound bags\)f self-rising flour at Quincy, Fla.
LABEL IN PART:   "Lite Flake   Self-Rising Flour   Bleached Enriched."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3)7 the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils and 
larvae.
DISPOSITION: January 11, 1946. The Higdon Grocery Co., Quincy, Fla., claim- 
and, having admitted the material allegations of the libel, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond 
to be denatured for use as stock feed.
