PRODUCT: 175 cases each containing 36 cellophane bags, of popcorn at Cincinnati, Ohio. LABEL, IN PART: (Bags) "R B Brand Large Yellow Pop Corn Net Wt. 10 Oz." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy and decomposed substance by reason of the presence of insect-infested and moldy kernels. DISPOSITION : January 2, 1946. The sole intervener having withdrawn its claim and answer, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
