DISPOSITION: On February 13, 1946, Armour & Co., claimant for the Seattle 
lot, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was
entered and the product was ordered- released under bond to be brought 
into compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Food and Drug 
Administration. On February 21, 1946, no claimant having appeared for the 
Tacoma lot, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was 
ordered delivered to a charitable institution.
