PRODUCT: 607 boxes of dates at New Orleans, La. Examination showed that the product was insect-infested, and that it contained beetles and larvae. LABEL IN PART : "Desert Glu Dates * * * Packed by Desert Gio Date Prod- ucts Co. Los Angeles, Calif." NATURE OF CHARGE : Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. DISPOSITION: May 29, 1946.
