PRODUCT: 134 bales, each containing 10 5-pound bags, of flour at Peoria, Ill. LABEL IN PART: "Bleached * * * Companion Brand Fancy Patent Flour." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils and larvae. DISPOSITION : September 12, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered sold, to be denatured and used as animal and poultry feed.
