PRODUCT: 282 25-pound bags of phosphated flour at Tulsa, Okla. LABEL IN PART: "Prize Taker Fancy Short Patent Phosphated Flour Bleached." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils and larvae. DISPOSITION: August 2, 1945. The Griffin Goodner Grocery Co., Tulsa, Okla., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be denatured for use as stock feed, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
