PRODUCT: 1,500 cases, each containing 30 pounds, of raisins at Baltimore, Md. LABEL IN PART : "Honey Bunch Brand." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of moths, beetles, larvae, pupae, and cocoons. DISPOSITION : October 18 and November 1, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered deliv- ered to the City Welfare Department, for use as animal feed.
