ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about June 1, 1946, by the Gilmanton Cooperative 
Creamery Co., from Gilmanton, Wis.
PRODUCT: 20 cartons, each containing 64 pounds, of butter at Minneapolis, 
Minn.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Seetion 402 (b) (2), a product containing 
less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat had been substituted for butter.
DISPOSITION : June 28, U946. The Land O Lakes Creameries, Inc., Minne- 
apolis, Minn., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment 
of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under 
bond for reworking under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
