ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about November 8, 1944, by Land O Lakes Creamery, 
from Albert Lea, Minn.
PRODUCT:   4   110-pound boxes of dried eggs at Cuba, N. Y.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent 
pellets, rodent hairs, and pieces of wood.
DISPOSITION: June 17, 1946. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
