ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about February 15, 1946, by Gholson and Gholson, from Springbrook, Oreg. PRODUCT: a 53 80-pound bags of dried prunes at Lewiston,.Idaho. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hairs, ihsect fragments, and rotten prunes; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been packed under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become con- taminated with filth. DISPOSITION: July 23, 1946. No claimant having appeared, judgment of for- feiture was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
