LABEL IN PART : "Queen Quality Brand White Cream Corn Meal." NATURE OF CHARGE; Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta, rodent hairs, insect fragments, and larvae. DISPOSITION : October 25, 1945. W. C. Davidson and Co., Harrison, Ark., claim- ant, having admitted the material allegations of the libel, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be denatured under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
