ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about August 3,1945, by the Evans Milling Co., from 
Indianapolis, Ind.
PRODUCT:   225   100-pound bags of brewers grits at Chester, Pa.
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils and
larvae.
DISPOSITION : October 16,1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a public 
institution, conditioned that it be denatured under the supervision of the Food 
and Drug Administration for use as chicken, bird, or animal feed.
