PRODUCT:   500 and 236   200-pound bags of brewers rice at St. Louis, Mo. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the article contained
rodent excreta, rodent hairs, beetles, larvae, and insect fragments.
