PRODUCT: 1,140 cases, each containing 24 20-ounce cans, of peas at St. Louis, Mo. LABEL IN PART: "Ransom, Size 4 Early June Peas," or "Highland Early June Peas." NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (h) (1), the product was sub- standard. DISPOSITION: November 1, 1945, The Geidel Canneries, Inc., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libels, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be brought into com- pliance with the law, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
