ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about September 7, 1945, by Frank Ronzani, from
Kenosha, Wis. 
PRODUCT:   45 pounds of rennet paste at Buffalo, N. Y. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hairs
and insect fragments. 
DISPOSITION :   October 22, 1945.   No claimant having appeared,  judgment of 
1 condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
