from Fresno, Calif.
PRODUCT:   72 cases, each containing 20 pounds, of layer raisins at Radford, Va.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article contained bee- 
tles and larvae.
DISPOSITION : January 7, 1946. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
