ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about July 16, 1945, by the Quaker Oats Co., from St. Joseph, Mo. PRODUCT: 58 50-pound bags of self-rising flour at Dermott, Ark. LABEL IN PART : "Ocean Glow Flour Self-Rising Bleached." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of beetles and larvae. DISPOSITION : December 20, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
