ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about June 28, 1945, by the Globe Milling Co., from Watertown, Wis. PRODUCT: 20 100-pound bags of rye flour at Cleveland, Ohio. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of beetles, larvae, and insect fragments. DISPOSITION : November 5, 1945. The Star Elevator Co., claimant, Cleveland, Ohio, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be used in the manufacture of animal feed, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
