ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about October 3, 1945, by the Cudahy Packing Com- 
pany, Dairy and Poultry Division, from Culbertson, Nebr.
PRODUCT: 62 boxes each containing 3 cheeses weighing about 22 to 25 pounds 
each, at Denver, Colo.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect 
parts, rodent hairs, and nondescript dirt; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had 
been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become 
contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION: November 28, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of 
condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
