NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
DISPOSITION : January 28,1946. T. Sumida & Co., Ltd., and the Yuen Chong Co., 
Ltd., Honolulu, T. H., claimants for the respective lots, having admitted the 
Adulteration of the product, judgments of condemnation were entered and the 
product was ordered released under bond for reshipment .to San Francisco 
and disposal, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
