LABEL, IN PART: "Yellow Unbolted Feed Meal Made with Missouri Corn." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), ground millet had been substituted in whole or in part for ground corn, which the article was repre- sented to be. Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statements "Made with Missouri Corn * * * Ingredients: Fine Ground Corn only" were false and mis- leading. DISPOSITION : January 24,1946. J. T. Gibbons, Inc., New Orleans, La., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond, conditioned that it be relabeled under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
