Inder- rieden Co., from Hampshire, Ill. PRODUCT: Canned peas. 3C6 cases at Cincinnati, Ohio, and 119 cases at Somer- set, Ky. Each case contained 24 1-pound, 4-ounce Kans. LABEL IN PART : "Meadow Lark * * * Early June Peas." NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (h) (1), the product was below standard. DISPOSITION: April 3 and May 1, 1946. The J. B. Inderrieden Co. having appeared as claimant, judgments of condemnation were entered and the prod- uct was ordered released under bond to be relabeled under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
