INFORMATION FILED : April 18, 1946, Western District of Oklahoma, against the Quint County Cooperative Creamery, a corporation, Mangum, Okla. - ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about July 21, 1945, from the State of Oklahoma into the State of Texas. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hairs, insect and plant fragments, feather barbules, and nondescript dirt; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION: April 23, 1946. A plea of guilty having been entered on behalf of the defendant, a fine of $100 and costs was imposed.
