ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about June 5 and 6 and September 19 and 22, 1945, and April 22,1946, by the Armour Creameries, Inc., from Superior, Nebr., the Mid-State Creamery, from Hastings, Nebr., the Calder Creamery Co., from Vernal, Utah, and the Judevine Creamery, from Douglas, Wyo. PRODUCT: 33 10-gallon cans of cream at Denver, Colo. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of filthy, decomposed, or putrid animal substances. DISPOSITION : June 8 and 12, October 2, and November 5,1945, and May 2, 1946. The consignees having consented to the immediate destruction of the cream, judgments were entered ordering that the product be destroyed.
