ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 17, 1945, by A. M. Brauer, from Lindsay, Calif. PRODUCT: 290 bags of dried peaches and 263 bags of dried apricots at Cincinnati, Ohio. Each bag contained approximately 70 pounds. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the products consisted in whole or in part of filthy and decomposed substances by reason of the presence of rodent excreta and moldy and decomposed fruit. DISPOSITION: May 15, 1946. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the products were ordered destroyed. They were utilized as hog feed.
