NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION: September 13 and December 18, 1946. Meredith White, Newark, N. J., and the National Biscuit Co., claimants, having admitted the allegation of the libels, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered released under bond so that it could be used in the manufacture of distilled spirits, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
