ALLEGED SHIPMENT: Between the approximate dates of June 8 and 13, 1§44, from the State of Massachusetts into the State of Texas, LABEL? IN PART : "Yanks Chewing Gum," whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect fragments, rodent hairs, mites, a beetle head, sand, and nondescript vegetable matter; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : April 2, 1947. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court imposed a fine of $100 against the defendant.
