PRODUCT: Candy bars. 232 boxes at Omaha, 162 boxes at Fremont, and 305 boxes at Columbus, Nebr. Each box contained 24 candy bars. LABEL IN PART : "Ann's Toasted Coconut Bar." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (d), the article was confec- tionery and contained a nonnutritive substance, mineral oil. DISPOSITION : December 11, 1946, No claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
