ALLEGED SHIPMENT : Between the approximate dates of December 9 and 14, 1945, from the State of Oregon into the States of Georgia, Florida, New York, Con- necticut, and Massachusetts. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hairs; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared and packed under insanitary condi- tions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth.
