Examination showed that the product was under- going progressive decomposition. LABEL, IN PART : "Mountain Crest Brand French Style Green Stringless Beans Packed in U. S. A. by Russell-Black and Company Main Office Hendersonville, N. C." NATURE off CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
