Examination showed the presence of decomposed eggs. LABEL IN PART : "Uwanta Brand Golden Blend A Frozen Egg Product Con- tains Whole Eggs, Egg Yolks, Corn Syrup." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION : October 21, 1946. The Henderson Produce Co., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond, conditioned that the unfit por- tion be denatured or destroyed under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
