NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta and insects. DISPOSITION : January 10,1947. O. A. Cooper & Co. having appeared as claimant, the product was ordered released under bond, conditioned that it be denatured and utilized for purposes other than for human consumption, under the super- vision of the Food and Drug Administration.
