LABEL, IN PART : "Mity-Nice Brand Santa Clara Prunes." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy and decomposed substance by reason of the presence of insects, insect excreta, and webbing, and moldy and decomposed prunes. DISPOSITION: February 5, 1947. No claimant having appeared, judgment was entered and the product was ordered denatured and disposed of for use as animal feed; otherwise, the product was to be destroyed.
