LABEL IN PART: "Tropical Brand New Crop Large Washed Brazils." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of moldy, rancid, and decomposed brazil nuts, and was otherwise unfit for food by reason of the presence of empty shells. DISPOSITION : March 14, 1947. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a public institution or destroyed. It was delivered to an institution, to be used as animal feed.
