ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 17 and 24,1946, from the State of Wyo- ming into the State of California. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted jn part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta pellets, rodent hairs, mites, an insect antenna, and nondescript dirt; and, Section 402 (a) (4),.it had been prepared, packed, and held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : June 9, 1947. Pleas of guilty having been entered, the court im- posed a fine of $10 on each of the two counts of the information against the association, and a fine of $5 on each of the two counts against each individual.
