LABEL, IN PART : "Royal Semolina Spaghetti." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (4), the article had been prepared and packaged under insanitary conditions whereby it had become con- taminated with filth. (Samples examined were found to contain insect fragments.) DISPOSITION : August 1,1947. Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
