ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about April 16, 1947, by Leo Rush, from Hubbard, Nebr. PRODUCT: 118,250 pounds of bulk shelled corn at Council Bluffs, Iowa. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy and decomposed substance by reason of the pres- ence of dirty and moldy corn. DISPOSITION : July 11,1947. Leo Rush, claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond, conditioned that it be disposed of in compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
