NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta fragments, rodent hair fragments, larvae, and insect fragments. DISPOSITION : January 14, 1948. Default decree of condemnation. The product was ordered sold, conditioned that the purchaser use the product for poultry or stock feed only, under the supervision of the United States marshal.
