NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (e) (2), the article failed to bear a label containing an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents. The label statements "Net Weight 24 Ozs." and "Net Weight 12 Ozs." were inac- curate, since the containers of the article contained less than 24 ounces and 12 ounces, respectively. DISPOSITION: September 30, 1947. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court imposed a fine of $5 on each of the 3 counts of the information.
