PRODUCT: Frozen tamales. 508 cases, each containing 40 12 ounce cartons, and 249 cases, each containing 12 3-pound cartons, at Los Angeles, Calif. LABEL IN PART : "FrosTex Texas Tamales." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of being sour. DISPOSITION : January 17 and February 26,1947. No claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
