ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about June 4 and August 26, 1947, from the State of New Jersey into the State of Pennsylvania, in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hair fragments and insect parts; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insani- tary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : February 6, 1948. Pleas of non vult having been entered, imposi- tion of sentence was suspended and the defendants were placed on probation for 2 years.
