NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, insect frag- ments, rodent hairs, rodent hair fragments, feather fragments, and cat hair; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : June 15, 1948. A plea of guilty having been entered on behalf of the corporation, and a plea of nolo contendere having been entered by William H, Dunnell, the court imposed fines of $900 against the corporation and $100 against Mr. Dunnell.
