NATURE OF CHARGE : Misbranding, Section 403 (g) (1), the product failed to con- form to the definition and standard of identity for oysters (selects), since it was not thoroughly drained. (The product contained 10.2 percent excessive liquid.) DISPOSITION : February 19, 1948. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- tion.
