at Dawson, N. Mex.   Examination showed that the product was contaminated
with lacquer from the Kans.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article was unfit 
for food by reason of the presence of lacquer. The article was adulterated 
while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce.
DISPOSITION : August 23, 1948. Default decree of condemnation and forfeiture. 
The product was subsequently destroyed.
