ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about April 2, 1947, by American Stores Co., Inc., 
from Philadelphia, Pa.
as to be misleading, since the tea occupied only approximately 77 percent 
of the capacity of the packages.
DISPOSITION: July 1, 1947. The American Stores Co., claimant, having con- 
sented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and 
the product was ordered released under bond to be repackaged under the su- 
pervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
