ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about February 11,1948, from Ft. Worth, Tex.
^PRODUCT: 42 100-pound bags of corn meal at New Orleans, La. Examination 
showed that the product contained live adult insects and larvae.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance. (The article was adulterated while held 
for sale after shipment in interstate commerce.)
DISPOSITION :   August 11,1948. Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
